I went here to meet a friend who lives in Florence and suggested it because it was recently on Bar Rescue. I am not sure of what the place was like before, but, after waiting 20 minutes to have anyone on staff approach us, it should have gotten better… it didn’t. We waited over an hour for two club sandwiches…
