Courteous on the phone and pleasant to deal with at the storage facility. I’m sure they’re used to getting shat on by people upset that their car has been towed but I found it an easy and pain free experience. If I ever get towed again, I pray to the good lord below it’s by Arizona Parking Enforcement.
