Service was horrible. It was almost that they were disturbed by having customers and store wasn’t even busy. Mediocre chocolate and 3 stars for Carmel Apple. Try the fudge store across the street instead. At least they will tear you with respect.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory of Sedona

On a rainy, cold day, we were tempted by the advertised hot chocolate after walking through Telaquepaque. So we ordered a large and a small from this shop. Big mistake!!!The hot chocolate was basically tepid to cool. The price was outrageous for what we received.
