I love Panera and I eat there regularly in Texas. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Panera. Took over 25 minutes to get two orders of oatmeal. After 20 minutes we went to ask what the status was and the employees laughed as they told us they forgot we were here and had ordered anything.
