Tried to schedule an appt and the lady said ok hold on let me get the book to check the available times, I was put on hold for 10 mins and finally just hung the phone up! Ridiculous!

Staffs are not helping patient to check insurance before office visit. Went in second time and paid for copay, went in to see MD and told that still waiting for the approval of surgery. Then that’s it!!! Informed to call back and check with them again, not even offer to call us after approve.
