Im giving 2 stars because i lived here. The festival itself is LAME!!!I get that this is no major city but still… enough of the Hee Haw nonsense. The surrounding cities at least bring a little culture to their festivals. Paso robles has wine and art, Morro bay has a nice sea theme to theirs. Get the point? But…
