Very disappointed… made an 8:30pm appointment and arrived at 8:36. I was turned away for service because I was 6 minutes late; however if I wanted to pay for the more expensive service for a shorter time they would accommodate me. Umm… no thanks!!! But because of this I found Joy Foot Spa in Lakewood… same…
