The volume level of this place is always 3 clicks higher than optimal… the floors sticky — just how a 21 yo would want it.Cheap drinks, good fun. Spats seems like a nice local bar, with tasty looking food. I came by on a Sunday weekend today to watch the game, and noticed at the last minute they charge an automatic $ 10 minimum if you pay by card. This would have been great if I wanted more beer, yet I did not.
