Jack Russell Farm Brewery

Another winery with a great setting near Placerville. Easy to get to off Highway 50 and complimentary tasting for at least 5 – 10 varietals! Tasting room is in a log-cabin like building with two resident black cats roaming about. Woman working the tasting room was super friendly and answered all our questions…

Good wine with a beautiful outdoor space. The only thing I would highly recommend for them to improve on is their tasting room — it is so tiny. For a vineyard so big and beautiful, they need to seriously expand their tasting room. I was there this weekend with my bf and we felt so cramped in the tasting room…

Awful! Extremely rude owner. We came in to taste and he didn’t even greet us. Should have left then. We tasted… Wines were good paired with cheese… Which he did not mention which went with wich wine.
