The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our reservation was cancelled one week prior to vacation, the refund wasn’t given for a week. Staff was unprofessional and just plain Rude. I would definitely not recommend this business.

The place itself was fine. DO NOT book through First Accomodations with Trent and Cynthia. They are rude and unprofessional. I left a $ 200 bathing suit at our unit. I called a few days later and was told to mail a box with a prepaid label for them to return. I did so, and never received the suit. A month later…
