Never call at least 24 hours in advance of when they’re coming. Technician shows up when he wants to and when he doesn’t I don’t receive a call to let me know he’s not going to show up. Its like chasing them around. I’m over it. Canceling service and looking for another company.

I set up an appointment last night for a termite inspection tonight from 5 – 7 pm. It’s 7:02 pm and I did not receive a call of late arrival, postponement or a knock on the door. I had read the bad reviews for Terminix being flaky and a ripoff but I wanted to give them a chance. I guess the reviews were true…

Never got a chance to rate the service. The tech was very nice and informative, and we had started the process, however, he never returned our emails or phone calls. What happened to Bob M? Not sure however which terminix location I had called, but, upon reading their reviews, I think maybe it’s time to find…
