The receptionist, Heidi (?) was extremely rude and bitchy. So much so I almost got my lab request as left! I mean who wants to get poked with needles by grumpy people!!! The three stars are for the phlebotomist. She was super sweet, respectful and pain free. I will not be back due to the rude reception.
There was a room full of patients waiting with ONE person only the help. The lab tech was very nice, but he announced after each person came to the window, «sign in, it will be an hour».Can’t you staff two people in the lab?
I was told when I arrived it might be a wait, but there were only 5 people in the lobby and only one listed as an appt. so a waited. It took 2 techs there 40 minutes to process 5 people. Wow, feels like the DMV.
