Friendly service. Like reviewers below stated they took care of us pretty quickly. Got our 10 ft truck and on our way on less than 15 minutes. Truck price was $ 19.99 + 1,19 per mile. Expensive but necessary when you hailing a whole house. Hope I never have to do this again. Lol thanks for being nearby u-haul

Rather than using electronics payments and emailing the bills, you might get a call from the storage manager to make payment while claiming it will accept payment verbally over the phone…

There is a reason why there competition is not available for weeks and PACK-RAT is available. Would have to call multiple times over the same issues as they never got it right the first time. Used there storage service for a cross country move and they will call you consistently asking if you are will to move…
