This shelter is EXTREMELY SMALL. I’m guessing it’s like an overflow shelter? seeing as Butte County has high level kill shelters, this would make sense. You have to have an appointment to even walk through the door, which is odd, but not my main complaint here. The ONLY animal control officer that works there…
