Poor Customer Service. Called asking if Queens was taking walk-ins and if they had a wait. The staff informed me that they can take walk ins and that they had no wait and if I was on the way which I was. Literally 5 mins later I walk in and then tell me there’s a 15 min wait. Just annoying since I was crunched…
