Broke numerous items, did not use care, played my guitar while moving it (at 1:30am because they took so long) and left most of my furniture at the bottom of the stairs. Zero stars.Update: Talked to the owner about reducing the fee which she accepted. I appreciate her effort to rectify the damage.
