I wish I could give negative stars. I have been waiting for 3 hours waiting for a simple blood draw. Yes, it’s a Saturday but this is unacceptable on any level. There is at best 1 phlebotomist. They made another client wait 2 hours to leave a urine sample. This is worse than the DMV.
