Professional and friendly staff, they even remember your name and ask if you’re okay being touched during the class for postural feedback.Facility is beautiful, they have child-care and parking.The exercise itself is tough and effective.Even got a follow-up email!Kerry is an excellent instructor!
Nice, open, clean studio. I’ve only taken the barre class — the reformer space looks tiny. I’ve liked all of my instructors, it’s the standard barre class, nothing new or different about it but it’s still a good workout.
