Only reason not 5 stars is I didn’t get to see cheese being made, but otherwise AWESOME stop if you love cheese! I tasted almost all of them and picked the herb and spice havarti… Can’t wait to have it with some wine and crackers or on a grilled cheese sandwich. We will definitely be stopping again.
