The place is a true gem in Manteca if you like sushi. Great appetizers. Huge selection of rolls, was really impressed. The service is very friendly and they were always smiling, good vibes all around. Definitely look forward to coming back.

The food was delicious, prices were not that bad, and our cook was amazing… STEVE JUAN He was hella cool, he even took a sake bomb with us. He did some pretty cool tricks while cooking our food too. The resturant and bathrooms were very clean as well.

Matsu Sushi had good food, but service was awful. I finished my food fifteen minutes before everyone else at my table got their food. Really slow.
