I’d give them a minus 5 if that was possible. Returning from NYC with my family after BART stopped running around midnight. They were good at getting my cc card info, but when we arrived the operator said the driver was out reach… waited 20 minutes and had to take a cab. Driver finally called 30 minutes later…
