Luis is the worst manger ever. He speaks as if customers were uneducated. He made this location the worst experience. Horrible service. Third time in a row I’ve used the app to order 45 minutes in advance and THEY STILL DON’T HAVE THE ORDER EVEN STARTED COOKING by the time I go to pick it up. As I paid through the app they can’t give me a refund.
