D is for Dishonest. Items are not actually ordered when the customer has been told (over 6 times) they have been ordered. Once a week I called to confirm when the order will be arriving and I received the same answer (it should be here in 1 or 2 weeks) after 6 – 8 weeks of this I am no longer doing business…
