I was given an estimate for a job and when I wanted to go through with it, I was unable to get them to give me a call back. The owner seems like a kind man but unfortunately is impossible to get ahold of.
12 phone calls. 12 phone calls over the course of about 3 weeks. How does a business not return 12 phone calls from someone who would like to give them money to do a job? Why anyone would deal with these folks is beyond me.
