Worst experience EVER! Got in the one line that was running. 12 minutes later another check stand opened went over to it and got screamed at by the clerk. Who proceeded to invite the guest after me to come over. I was told to get back in line.

This store has reached a new record low among Ross stores! Rude attendants, bad organization, and stupidly strict loss prevention policies a pain as well as an eyesore for regular shoppers — they have more visible loss prevention folks then regular attendants and cashiers combined
