When the water dispenser stopped working on our four year old Samsung refrigerator, we called Samsung directly and they referred us to Tekniton as they were the ONLY authorized Samsung repair in Sacramento. Emmanual came out, charged us $ 90 and told us we had a block in the line he couldn’t fix and to unplug…
