I called Fast-teks after i got 4 nasty viruses… at once… on my laptop! The first guy they sent out i was not impressed with… and brought more stress than comfort to the situation. HOWEVER, …and this is a BIG however… Mike called me the next week. I was ready to go somewhere else or even try to fix it myself…
