Gary was the best! Trained by Berand Dressler of Messermeister knives. Perfect edge, never got the blade too hot, never took odd a bunch of steel. Fixesd broken tip for nothing. Only $ 5 a knife. Gary has retired and trained two great people. Brad (Parker Sharpening) and Lou (Sharpening by Lou).
