Going in, it was big just like the other store. Look very clean and the people where very nice and helpful. Lots of tools to see. The big Machine you can look at and Touch.
Worse customer service of any Home Depot. Asked for help from three separate employees and sat there for 30 minutes waiting. Manager Brian took no accountability and only came up with excuses. Showed no empathy or care.
