BIG RED BOAT with the words Fish Hookers came flying by me, full throttle in MONTEZUMA SLOUGH on 11÷9÷12. COMPLETELY UNSAFE!!! Their boat was literally 40 ft from mine while I was ANCHORED!!! Illegal? Caused damage to my rods from them rocking my boat so hard that other equipment fell all over the place. BTW…
