Came here based on the good Unilocal reviews in comparison to the other bars around DT Pomona. On a Saturday night, it was depressingly empty, it was hot and stuffy inside, and there was NO music playing. The bouncer was also very unfriendly. Maybe it was just a slow night, but there wasn’t much to stick around…

The bartender put ice in my palmagranet martini. It was never strained in a chilled martini glass. Just straight ice in my cup with some juice and a brown apple decoration. Ice does not go in the glass, its strained.
