So gross they had underwear drying in the sauna and then in the changing room they had dead cockroaches !!! Disgusting! And smells terrible, customer service also sucks!!! Save your money and go somewhere else… definitely not relaxing, unless u want to take a bath with roaches… GROSSSSSS, I DIED!
