Another Peruvian food truck entrant. As a lomo saltado aficionado, the more the better. I’ve had better and I’ve definitely had worse. They were parked by the Justin Herman Plaza skating rink, so were about 1⁄3 the price of the nearby La Mar. Fits the bill for an inexpensive Peruvian fix, hence the «A-OK»…
