I’m really disappointed with today’s interaction with the San Clemente DMV.I showed up with no appointment to get a temporary handicap placard due to a broken foot over the weekend that I’m going into surgery for tomorrow. Tough to plan for that one, right? I wait through the long «no appointment» line watching…
