This branch has got to be the worst for waiting in line. I started banking here when it was Cal Fed. It was great in and out within 5 minutes. Since the change over to Citibank, for every 5 minutes it took Cal Fed to process a transaction, it took this Citibank branch 15 to 20 minutes. It’s pathetic. What’s…
