People in this brach make things up. I was told to bring passport to open an account so I had to leave for another branch which simply asked my ID and another card with my name on it to open a new account for me! Waste of time going there.
Worst experience I’ve ever had here. The staff has very bad attitude and you don’t feel that they are trying to help. They either don’t care what you want or push you away.
