Rudy was very helpful over the phone and walked me through how to get my Brivo doors back up and running. With any extremely busy office we appreciate that our guests are able to buzz in with ease and our tenants always have access.
Poor customer service and unwilling to work with you need to leave your contract. Your are stuck with this contract even if you move outside of the area or close your business.They make you sigh very long contracts!!!LOOK FOR shorter contracts!!!
