Ok the dispatcher was nice and polite but I called a cab at 6am and said I needed it for 7am to catch the 736 ACE Train. at 710am we called again to confirm and at 715 again I called and was told that she was almost there… at 725am we are told that the cab broke down… why is there only one…
After two days of emails and phone calls they never really had the limo I was looking for even though they said they did. Feels a little like bait and switch. Be careful working with these people, not professional and will only disappoint.
