Elegant Windows and Doors

Talked to them on the phone last night saying my broken glass is on the 2nd story and need it repaired asap and they said ok. Today, bumped me twice on an appt and show up with clipboard and suit and says can’t do it, they’d insurance won’t cover them on a ladder! Incompetent company I’ve ever had to deal with!
