Four employees were working. 3 decided to chat than help a line that went around the store to check out. I understand it’s a low cost shop but seriously. Terrible service

Dollar Tree

I came here to help my grandma shop and get a few things. And I couldn’t believe how rude they were. I’ve been to one in seal beach, and they were so friendly! I don’t know why the area seems to effect the employees attitudes. I’m not coming here again, nor is my grandma!

Every time I come here, there’s always a line of 7 – 10 people or more but 1 cashier and 5 employees on the floor. The store manager needs to learn how to schedule better, because he or she clearly does not know. Very poor service, customers are waiting in line talking how poor the services is.
