Greg, the owner, is a great sales person. Our fire insert looks gorgeous. If you order a customized trim, it may take 5 weeks to receive it. Meaning, a gap will show until the trim is installed. Greg made us aware from the beginning before we paid. Everyone is well experienced. They are very busy.
