Can I give a negative review? Waited two and a half hours for a tow. Kept calling and they kept giving us the run around. Oh, 30 more minutes, one hour later, twenty more minutes. 45 minutes later, 15 more minutes. And so forth. Why the fuck am I paying for this service?
