Very poor customer service. While the on-site staff are helpful and enthusiastic, the management in Idaho is unresponsive and discourteous; I emailed and called the management and no one responded to my concerns. Fortunately, Dart Warz no longer has a monopoly on soft dart games in the Denver area.
