DO NOT PREPAY. I was told 3 times by the manager (Tom) that my refund of 2013 services not rendered would be sent. No refund has been received (4 months) & no one responds to my messages or correspondence. BUT I did get personally address correspondence offering a discount on PREPAID 2014 services.
