I called to ask for a particular item, «Do you have…» I was told yes, and was given the price. So, I drove 1.5 hours to go get it, but lo and behold — they didn’t have it in stock! Sad. I know it’s near Christmas, but when someone calls to ask if you have something … Expect a customer!
