Atomic Fudge

I tried one of their cheesecakes in a cup while strolling through the farmers market in Palisade, CO.These guys put on a fun and loud sell. I would have bought some if I wasn’t driving back to Denver. I know, I know, poor excuse.I thought their cheese cake in a cup was excellent!
