Proper Grounds Coffee Roasters & Cafe

Good coffee and very friendly staff + clientele. Got into a pay it forward chain one day; it was charming. The whole place feels like it needs a wash, tidy up, and some minor rehabbing. Otherwise, just fine for a lazy day to see the people in your neighborhood.
