I have to echo some of the other reviews saying this place does not practice yoga and is more like a cult.I went here in the late 90’s, before I had ever taken yoga, so I didn’t know what yoga actually was. I thought it was a normal yoga practice to punch myself in the gut and scream about loving my intestines…
