Overall not the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Food was good but order was incorrect. Ordered a large meal and was given a medium drink and fries. Had to request for the large. Bambinos had cheese when I requested no cheese. Drive thru wait time wasn’t bad but was a bit longer than usual.
Took 30 minutes to get food and place wasn’t even busy. The manager couldn’t get his team together. They were making food that already went out. They were all over the place. Worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to. Won’t be going back. Luckily there is another not far.
