Westminster Public Library - Irving Street Library

The courthouse smells like old people and looks like it is stuck on the 1960 – 1970’s but the kids park is pretty nice and my kid loves it. They also offer recycling, nearest public recycling facility to our house. It usually is overflowing by the end of the week though.
